The first seedlings of the Black Acacia tree were planted in southern Brazil in 1918. Today, the few seedlings brought in the past have become thousands of hectares of Black Acacia forest, generating income for the families of rural producers and transforming them into resources and products.
SETA is committed to guarantee sustainable production, guaranteeing resources for present and future generations. Therefore, it promotes and contributes to the development of the forestry activity within environmental precepts.
The forest area of the company is composed of researchers, engineers and technicians of the sector who play a decisive role in supporting the expansion of the acacia crop with full socio-environmental responsibility.
